予約の仕方 How to Make a Reservation
まずは、お電話にてご予約ください。
お電話でのご予約後、お振り込みをお願いします。当日のお支払いの場合は、当日料金（￥1,000UP）を頂戴します。
外乗の予約は事前振込にて予約確定となります。振込にて入金の確認が取れた時点で予約完了です。クラブへお越しの際に振込の控えか支払い画面の提示をお願いします。
お振込名は苗字の後に予約されている日付の数字を後ろに続けてお入れください。例：サトウ0517（5月17日予約の場合）

How to Make a Reservation
• Please make your reservation by email first.
• After receiving your reservation request, please proceed with the payment via bank transfer. (Payment via PayPal is also available.)
• Your reservation will be confirmed only after advance payment is received.
• Once we confirm your payment, your booking will be completed.

騎乗時の注意 Riding Guidelines
- 動きやすく汚れても後悔しない服装で長袖、長ズボン(ジーンズ、ジャージ等)が望ましいです。
- 靴はスニーカーや長靴等で、サンダルやヒールはご遠慮いただいています。
- 1歳のお子様から騎乗可能です。
- 体重80キロ以下の方が騎乗可能です。
- 高校生以下はボディプロテクターを着用頂きます。
- 妊娠中の方、妊娠の疑いがある方の騎乗はお断りしております。
- ヘルメットは必ず着用して頂きます。お持ちでない方はレンタルをご利用下さい。
- ビジター利用の方は受付時間が必要な為予約した時間の10分前にお越し下さい。万が一、予約時間を過ぎてお越しになった場合は止むを得ずキャンセル扱いになるか、超過した分の時間を延長することは致しかねますので予めご了承ください。
- Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for movement, and ones you don’t mind getting dirty. Long sleeves and long pants (jeans or sweatpants, etc.) are recommended.
- Footwear should be sneakers or boots. Sandals and high heels are not allowed.
- Children from the age of 1 year old can participate.
- Riders must weigh under 80 kg (176 lbs).
- Riders in high school or younger are required to wear a body protector.
- Riding is not allowed for pregnant individuals or those who may be pregnant.
- Helmets are mandatory. If you do not have one, rental helmets are available.
- Visitors (non-members) should arrive 10 minutes before the reserved time for registration.
- Please note: If you arrive late, your reservation may be treated as canceled.
- Missed time cannot be extended.

7 to 3 days before: 50% of the fee will be charged.
Within 72 hours: 100% of the fee will be charged.
団体予約のキャンセルポリシー Group Reservation Cancellation Policy
1週間前 100%
予約時には半金必要となります
Cancellations made within one week of the reserved date will incur a 100% charge.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
